The net earnings reported in the Company's 20-F filing for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 are $4,736,965 on total revenues of $10,232,000. Primary earnings per share were $0.78. The stock soared on the news up 25 percent in light trading.
FSI International Inc (FSII) raised its third-quarter revenue outlook above Wall Street expectations, helped by improved orders, sending the chip equipment maker's shares up more than 16 percent in trading after the bell. FSI International now expects third-quarter revenue of $27 million to $29 million, up from its prior view of $23 million to $25 million. It expects net income of $5 million to $6 million, compared with prior outlook of $2.5 million to $3 million. Analysts were expecting revenue of $24.2 million, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S. The stock is holding onto 22 percent gains in above average trading volume.
